Authors Janet Stanley is Senior Research and Policy Manager, Brotherhood of St Laurence and a Senior Research Fellow in the Department of Social Work, Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences, Monash University. She is also involved in the work of the National Research Centre for the Prevention of Child Abuse. Chi Wai Ng worked on this project while undertaking a student placement at BSL for Masters Applied Psychology, Community Stream, as part of the course requirements for Victoria University. Kemran Mestan is a Research Officer at the Brotherhood of St Laurence
