The purpose of the project was to examine the feasibility of introducing a community visitor (CV) program for children and young people in state care in South Australia. The report is the conclusion from background research on other CV programs, the outcomes from a discussion with South Australian experts and consultation with the Youth Advisors to the Guardian.
