Insights and Feedback on Commonwealth Government Services from FECCA's National Access and Equity Consultations with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Communities 2009-2010
FECCA's access and equity report provides the community perspective on government services. It voices the concerns, needs and experiences of people who are directly affected by government policies and programs, people who in many cases experience multiple and complex barriers to participation and who may have no other way of raising their concerns. It also represents people who may be going through a particularly vulnerable or high needs period in their lives. In representing these needs with integrity FECCA seeks to help inform and strengthen the implementation of the whole of government Access and Equity Framework.
