JPET helps young people aged between 15 and 21 (with a focus on 15 to 19 year olds) who face personal and social barriers that severely limit their capacity to participate socially in the life of their communities; participate in activities such as education, employment and vocational training and benefit from employment assistance. Young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness are the primary focus.
