The inclusion and development of these 6 Service Offers in the EFY Foyer Model is grounded in research and practice evidence that highlights the role of these domains in facilitating young people’s successful transition to adulthood. Conceptual frameworks have been developed for each of the 6 Offers, which provide an addendum to the EFY Foyer Practice Framework.1 They detail the different components and processes of each Offer, the rationale for their development and delivery, and demonstrate how the Offers link to each other and to the broader EFY Foyer Model and the Open Talent (OT) approach currently being used in the EFY Foyers.
